Kelly Langer has extensive experience in project development, project management, and traffic operations. Her experience includes managing teams directly involved in the development of state and federal standards and guidelines for lighting, signals and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). She has participated in many federal initiatives that have shaped traffic mitigation and
incident management programs
across the nation.
Doug Dembowski has over 20 years of experience both in the public and private sectors of the transportation industry. He has unique design, construction, and traffic operations experience that has provided him a thorough understanding of government processes and expectations. Doug specializes in complex project staging and has been involved in the delivery of many large and multifaceted state and federal projects.
Jeff Reedy has been working in the transportation engineering field for over 20 years, focusing on design and construction. As Lakeside’s Construction Management Director, Jeff is responsible for supervision of all construction projects and personnel. He provides on-site project leader services as well as developing staff, formalizing procedures, and implementing new tools and technologies that keep Lakeside as a preferred provider of construction services.
Mike Jungbluth has over 30 years of field and management experience in law enforcement. He served most of his career with the West Allis (WI) Police Department, retiring as Chief of Police in 2012. Mike is also a former certified emergency medical technician and has been a registered nurse for over 35 years. Mike oversees Lakeside’s efforts in traffic incident management, emergency transportation operations, incident command system, work zone safety, homeland security, communication systems interoperability, and inter-agency coordination.
Chris Quesnell specializes in projects related to traﬃc safety analysis, transportation management plan (TMP) development, roadway design, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic operations planning, and traﬃc engineering studies. He has led a number of traffic management and design related projects, including several initiatives for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Iowa Department of Transportation Office of Traffic Operations, and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
