Kelly Langer, PE - President

 Kelly Langer brings an extensive background in transportation systems management and operations to her role as Lakeside's President.  She has participated in many federal initiatives that have shaped traffic mitigation and incident management programs across the nation. 

Doug Dembowski has over 20 years of experience both in the public and private sectors of the transportation industry. He has unique design, construction, and traffic operations experience that has provided him a thorough understanding of government processes and expectations.  

 Jeff Reedy brings over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering,  in both design and construction. As Senior Vice President, Jeff oversees Lakeside's  project delivery and organizational operations/performance. Jeff is instrumental in formalizing procedures, advancing operational efficiency, and implementing new tools and technologies that support continued growth. 

Chris Quesnell  leads Lakeside's Design and Traffic groups, leveraging his extensive portfolio of design and traffic engineering projects that he has successfully delivered for the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota DOTs. 

Charles Teasdale has over 30 years of field and management experience in law enforcement.  He brings extensive training and experience in the area of incident management and previously served as the Incident Commander for the Wisconsin Complex Incident Management Team and the Wisconsin State Patrol IMT. 

Susan Paulus  serves as Traffic Engineering Manager at Lakeside, where she leads complex traffic engineering and transportation management projects for agencies including the Wisconsin DOT, Minnesota DOT, and the Illinois Tollway.
