Kelly Langer, PE - President

 Kelly Langer brings an extensive background in transportation systems management and operations to her role as Lakeside's President.  She has participated in many federal initiatives that have shaped traffic mitigation and incident management programs across the nation. 

Doug Dembowski has over 20 years of experience both in the public and private sectors of the transportation industry. He has unique design, construction, and traffic operations experience that has provided him a thorough understanding of government processes and expectations.  

Chris Quesnell  leads Lakeside's Design and Traffic groups, leveraging his extensive portfolio of design and traffic engineering projects that he has successfully delivered for the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota DOTs. 

 Jeff Reedy has been working in the transportation engineering field for over 20 years, focusing on design and construction.  Jeff is responsible for supervision of all construction projects and personnel.  He provides on-site project leader services as well as developing staff, formalizing procedures,  and implementing new tools and technologies.

Charles Teasdale has over 30 years of field and management experience in law enforcement.  He brings extensive training and experience in the area of incident management and previously served as the Incident Commander for the Wisconsin Complex Incident Management Team and the Wisconsin State Patrol IMT. 

Susan Paulus  leads Lakeside's traffic engineering projects for the Wisconsin DOT, Minnesota DOT, and the Illinois Tollway.
